高校地理学学科发展存在的问题及对策

文章认为近 2 0a来 ,我国高校地理学学科在广泛投入实践问题研究的基础上 ,专业建设得到快速发展 .但同时也出现了一些影响学科长远发展、令人堪忧的问题 :学科理论真空化 ;基础削弱、地理特色淡化 ;学科发展滞后于社会、经济发展 ;教学体系紊乱 ;师资力量减弱 ;学生质量下降 .指出问题的产生 ,既受社会大环境的作用 ,也受学科固有特征的影响 ,高校地理专业自身系统建设的负面影响也十分巨大 .提出必须采取措施 ,遏制其发展的趋势 ,以保证高校地理科学专业健康、持续发展

Geography development in colleges and universities: problems and solutions

While in the past 20 years,geography in higher educa ti on of our country has witnessed marked development, there are many problems such as theory vacuumization of the subject, weakened basis, desalination of geograp hical features, the lagging development of this subject behind social economic d evelopment, confusing teaching system, shortage of teachers, students of poor qu ality, etc.On the basis of the analyses,for ensuring constant and healthy develo pment of geogrophy,measures must be taken to put an end to this kind of tendency .
