| Abstract: | Possessing talents, facilities, high-tech and network, provincial capital cities become the regional sci-tech center, the information resources construction of which is very important. In order to promote the information resources construction of provincial capital city, great efforts should be devoted in macroscopic regulation and control of government, capital input, resources collection and integrated construction of books, information and archives. |
