反应装甲对射流干扰的数值模拟研究

摘    要:基于爆炸式反应装甲与射流之间相互作用存在诸多影响因素,采用数值模拟方法探讨了反应装甲对射流的干扰问题. 建立了反应装甲和聚能装药的三维有限元模型,选取ALE算法进行数值仿真,得到了不同角度放置的反应装甲对射流的干扰过程和射流被干扰前后的速度梯度曲线. 仿真结果表明,随着反应装甲放置角度的增加,干扰的效果也随之增加. 数值模拟结果与实验结果进行了对比,符合较好.

Abstract:Many factors of influence exist when a jet reacts on explosive reactive armor. The whole process of reactive armor disturbing a jet is discussed adopting numerical simulation. A threedimensional finite element model of reactive armor and shaped charge is built up and simulation is carried out using ALE method. The figures of reactive armor disturbing jet at different time and the velocity grade curves oI jet in front and back oI disturbance are received. Computer simulation results showed that the effect of reactive armor disturbing jet becomes greater while the angle of reactive armor increase. The simulation results are in good agreement with experimental results.
