地震物理模拟实验专用水槽及其定位系统的研制

摘    要:地震物理模拟实验是配合地震勘测和地震学研究的重要手段,本文是一个涉及机、电、土建三个领域的综合课题。文中详细考虑了对专用水槽及总体方案的设计要求,第一次提出并实践了根据地震物理模拟实验自身的需要,建造有自己特点的专用水槽及其定位系统的设计思想;根据对国内外各种三座标测量机结构类型和技术特点的简要分析,确定了采用桥式结构,滚动导轨及丝杆传动的机械系统,并首次实现了以一套M5控制系统,经过切换,控制双三维定位系统的方案。文中还对当前可供选择的测量手段:磁栅、感应同步器,以及脉冲编码器作了原理性介绍,并结合当时的实际,论述了选用脉冲编码器的依据。本文还提供了建成系统的多种数据。

Abstract:Simulation test of earthquake physics is a major method for study of seismicsounding and seismology. The subject of this paper is concerned with eithermechanic and electric engineering or civil engineering. In the study, the requirements to the design of special purpose channel andoverall scheme are carefuley considered, and a new idea is first put forward andrealized that a special purpose channel and location system with its own charac-teristics should be built in accordance with the requirements of earthquake physicssimulation test; based on a brief analysis of structure types and technologyfeatures of various 3-coordinate measuring machines, a mechanic system with bridgetype structure, rolling lead rails and leading screw drive is selected. We arethe first to build a M 5 controlling system to control a double 3-D locationsystem. In this paper, several available measurement tools like magnetic grating,inductosyn and pulse encoder method are introduced in principle. Meanwhile,why to selected pulse encoder is discussed as well. In addition, many kinds of data that the equipment developed are presented.
