| 摘 要： | 山西省是我国重要的能源重化工基地.伴随着能源重化工的建设和经济的发展，山西的环境问题日益突出.文章以此为背景探讨了山西省环境和经济发展的严峻性，并立足于该省的省情，提出了一些产业结构优化、资源合理利用、健全环保管理体制、发展旅游业等生态环境建设的对策.

| Abstract: | Shanxi province is an important base of energy and heavy chemical industry. Withthe development of source of chemical industry and economy, environmental problems are becoming increasingly evident. There will probe into the severity of environment and economic development, and put forward some strategies about how to optimize the industrial structure, make good use of resource, perfect the system of protecting environment ,develop tourism,and so on. |
