摘 要: | 针对在能源利用中全要素生产率对全要素能源效率提高的影响,基于DEA-Malmquist指数方法对天津市工业行业的全要素生产率指数和全要素能源效率等进行测算,并运用审查回归模型(Tobit)对影响全要素能源效率的各项影响因素进行分析.研究结果表明:政府决策影响、TFP指数、技术进步对全要素能源效率提高起到正向作用.

Abstract: | Aming at total factor productivity for all elements of the impact of higher energy efficiency in energy utilization,calculated total factor productivity changes index and total factor energy efficiency based on DEA-Malmquist index method in Tianjin industry.Used review regression model (Tobit) to analyze various condition factors of energy efficiency.The results show that government decisions affect, the TFP index and technology progress played a positive role to total factor energy efficiency. |
