酒店管理专业校外实习基地评价指标体系的构建与评价

旅游院校如何客观、科学地选择旅游酒店作为长期、相对稳定的校外实习、就业基地,对于确保酒店管理专业人才培养目标的实现,实践教学环节的顺利开展,最终为学生的就业提供平台等具有十分重要的意义。文章所构建的酒店管理专业校外实习基地的选择评价指标体系包括5个一级评价指标和15个二级评价指标,并通过权重反映各指标在指标体系中所起的不同作用,给各项指标确定了A、B、C、D四个评价等级,可以从量化的角度对目标酒店进行评价、比较。
