| 摘 要： | 本论文研究我国矿井技术改造的现状,提出矿井技术改造过程是有阶段分层次的,其中增产阶段具有投资少见效快的特点,是矿井经济效益的最佳阶段,亦是矿井技术改造的重点。技改内容的选择,应运用系统工程的观点去研究,某项工程的改造应纳入系统的改造之中,以达到系统总体优化的目的,取得最大的经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the present condition of technical transformation of coal mines in our country and suggests that the process of technical transformation is divided into several stages and levels, of which the stage of increasing production is characteristic of less investment and higher efficiency, so it is the stage at which the best economical results are obtained, and is regarded as the most important aspect of technical transformation of mines. The selectin of items in technical transformation shoud be analysed and studied from the viewpoint of systems engineering. For the purpose of systems general optimization and greatest economical benefits, the transformation of a certain project should be brought within the orbit of systems transformation |
