| 摘 要： | 本文通过探讨柏林大学模式,提出为了培养最优秀的人材,国内高校必须改变“以教师课堂讲授为主,学生备考而学的传统大学教学模式”,按照教学与科研相结合的原则,通过制度创新,深化教育改革,构建高校创新型人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | By studying Mode of Berlin University and deepening education reform,the traditional teaching patterns of Chinese Higher Education,which is knowledge-oriented with teacher-centered approach,should be replaced by new training patterns of talents through the system innovation in light of the principle of combining teaching with scientific research. |
