混凝土现浇板裂缝的原因分析及处理

结合某住宅楼工程混凝土现浇楼板裂缝的特点,根据现场施工情况,探讨了现浇混凝土楼板产生裂缝的主要原因:1)混凝土收缩;2)混凝土配合比不当;3)泵送混凝土坍落度大、含砂率高、粉煤灰掺量大;4)施工荷载过于集中;5)外界气候条件等诸方面因素的影响。为了控制现浇混凝土楼板裂缝的发生,从设计、施工、材料等方面研究了预防裂缝的对策,对所产生的裂缝提出了相应的处理措施。

Analysis of cast-in-place concrete slab crack and corresponding disposal countermeasure

In this paper,according to the features of a house building project on scene-made floor crack,based on the situation of project field,we discuss the causes of the scene-made concrete floor crack: 1)concrete's contraction; 2) concrete's ingredient rate is improper; 3)pump-send concrete's collapse is too large,the sandiness rate is high,and the coal powder is mixed in too much; 4)the construct load is too concentrated; 5)the effect of external weather condition. In order to control the occurrence of scene-made floor concrete crack,we research the countermeasure on design,construction and material etc,as well as present the relevant handling method on the crack.
