膜片式联轴器失效机理探讨

摘    要:在实测数据基础上,通过理论计算分析,指出联轴器失效的原因是结构不尽合理,膜片受压失稳是其根本缺陷。文章还揭示了膜片的破坏过程,即膜片环受压近首先失稳变形,导致受拉边载荷增强,由于螺栓产生挠曲,受拉膜片组因受力不均而部分拉断。此结论与实际情况一致。

Abstract:Based on the testing data and theoretical calculation,this paper demonstrates that the causeof ARPEX failure lies in the coupling's unreasonable structure,and that buckling of plate is a chiefdrawback. Moreover,the paper reveals the failing course of coupling,First,the plate packs in compres-sion buckle,and then the bearing load of tension-plate packs increase twice larger. With the effect ofscrew bending,some pieces of tension packs will be tension-fractured because the pulling load is noteven. This conclusion corresponds to the actual case.
