快变衰落信道的Matlab仿真及其应用

摘    要:研究信道的快变衰落特性及其仿真实现方法对通信系统的设计与性能分析具有重要意义。现有的信道仿真方法主要用于缓变衰落信道,而未来的无线通信系统工作频率更高,容量更大,用户移动速度更快,信道的快变特性更加明显。为此,研究了基于时间延迟线(TDL)模型和多速率滤波的快变信道仿真方法,讨论了其仿真实现过程,给出了仿真结果。该方法具有计算量小和实现容易的优点。还分析了快变信道对正交频分复用(OFDM)通信系统性能的影响,为快变信道中的OFDM系统均衡器设计与性能优化奠定了基础。

Abstract:It is essential to study channels' rapid variations and their simulation implementation for the design and performance analysis of communication systems. The existing simulation methods apply only to slow-varying channels. But future wireless systems work at higher frequency, higher capacity, and faster terminal movement, making the channels to be rapid variant. Based on the time-delay-line model (TDL) and multi-rate filtering, we investigated a rapid variant channel simulation method. We investigate its implementation and provide simulation results. The proposed method has the advantages of low computational complexity and easy to implement. We also analyze how the OFDM system performances are influenced by the channel rapid variations, which builds a foundation for equalizer design and performance optimization of OFDM systems in rapid-varying channels.
