天然气中冷仿真培训系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对天然气中冷生产过程的仿真对各类操作人员培训的重要性,以某大队中冷装置的生产过程为开发背景,开发了一套中冷仿真培训系统。仿真结果表明该系统能够模拟实现该系统实际的操作环境。通过在仿真培训系统上训练,不仅有利于操作人员快速掌握生产装置的工艺流程,积累生产操作经验;而且对保证装置的稳定运行具有重要作用。该系统具有弥补教学手段和实验条件限制等优点,能与生产实际紧密结合,对培养高技能、复合型人才发挥着重要作用。
