交联壳聚糖在棉织物上的吸附行为研究

摘    要:研究了经过交联的壳聚糖在UV辐照后的棉织物上的吸附行为.吸附率主要受UV辐照所产生的羧基和交联剂的用量的影响,壳聚糖和羧基之间的静电作用力参与了固定反应,而壳聚糖之间的交联反应也使吸附率在一定程度上得到了提高.对棉织物上的吸附用红外光谱和扫描电镜进行了观察.同时还讨论了交联剂用量、辐照时间、固化时间等对吸附率的影响以及吸附在织物上的壳聚糖的耐洗性.

Abstract:Fixation of crosslinked chitosan on cotton fabrics irradiated with ultraviolet light is studied. The rate of fixation is mostly effected by carboxyl groups produced in UV irradiating and amount of crosslinker. The electrostatic interaction between chitosan and carboxyl groups are involved in the fixation reaction. Crosslinking reaction between chitosan also improves the rate of fixation. The fixation on the cotton fabric by FTIR and SEM is investigated. The effect of amount of crosslinker, irradiating time, curing time, etc, to the rate of fixation, and the fastness property of the fixed chitosan to washing is discussed.
