气固两相流能耗特性的试验研究

摘    要:为了研究柱塞式气力输送气固两相流的能耗特性,对实际的工业气力输送系统进行1:1实验台改造,首先,确定影响能耗的几个关键因素为主进气阀流量、补气阀流量、助吹阀的流量及气源压力;然后,根据工程经验设计孔板大小范围,利用正交实验确立定量、定长和定物料的气力输送能耗的实验方法,分析了各因素对能耗影响的主次及各个因素下的最优解;最后,对实验结果进行了实际生产验证,得出了1 m3仓泵输送平均粒径为23 μm,松散堆积密度为800 kg/m3的粉煤灰,输送距离为315 m气力能耗的最小值为1263.58 kN·m,最佳气源压力为0.35 Mpa,进气流量孔板为DN15,补气流量孔板为DN5.助吹流量孔板为DN10.研究结果对柱塞式气力输送系统的工程设计、运行和理论研究提供重要依据.
