基于数学形态学的铁谱磨粒图像分割研究

摘    要:铁谱磨粒图像识别中,由于磨粒与磨粒的相互粘连,造成磨粒图像二值化后,边缘提取不能体现其原有形状。该文将数学形态学的腐蚀和膨胀算法引入铁谱磨粒图像的分割中,通过对二值化后的磨粒图像实施先腐蚀后膨胀的运算,成功地完成了磨粒图像的分割,并且结合拉普拉斯算子,有效地提取出单个铁谱磨粒的形状,有助于实现铁谱磨粒的自动识别。

Abstract:In ferrography image recognition, the conglutination of wear particles does not keep wear particles in original shape after binary image segmentation. Mathematical morphology is introduced to ferrography wear particle image segmentation. How to implement binary image segmentation by using erosion and dilation algorithm was studied, and the edge of single wear particle was successfully detected with Laplacian. The result proves the method used in the ferrography image segmentation is effective and helpful to realize the auto recognition of wear particles.
