二维三角晶格光子晶体的带隙计算和波导的传输效率分析

摘    要:采用平面波展开法对二维三角晶格介质柱光子晶体和空气孔光子晶体分别在TM和TE极化下的带隙进行了计算;采用时域有限差分法分别计算了TM模和TE模在二维三角晶格介质柱和空气孔弯曲波导中的传输效率。研究对设计高传输效率的光子晶体波导定向耦合型器件具有重要意义。

Abstract:The paper investigated the relation between the band gap for TM polarization and the radius of the dielectric rods of 2-D photonic crystal with a triangular lattice and the relation between the band gap for TE polarization and the radius of the air holes of 2-D photonic crystal with a triangular lattice.The transmission spectra of TM mode in the bend waveguide with triangular lattice of dielectric rods and TE mode in the bend waveguide have been calculated.It provides a basis for the design of devices based...
