基于液压系统的汽车座椅头枕试验台的设计

摘    要:研究了一种专门用来检测汽车座椅头枕静态性能和能量吸收性能的试验台。试验台采用液压加栽系统和计算机控制系统,使刚性球体的撞击速度准确,试验结果可靠性高,可读性强。着重论述了液压系统的设计计算、液压系统的性能验算以及计算机控制系统的设计。

Abstract:The paper focuses on a test-bed designed to test static capability and energy absorption capability of head restraints of automobile seats.The test-bed has adopted hydraulic loading system and computer control system which can make the speed of the impact velocity accurate and the test result reliable and readable.It mainly focuses on the design calcutation and performance calculation of hydraulic system,as well as the design of computer control system.
