延伸角锥刀刻划衍射光栅过程金属流动规律的数值模拟研究

摘    要:利用DEFORM-3D软件对延伸角锥刀刻划中阶梯衍射光栅过程进行了三维有限元数值模拟仿真,通过分析材料流动速度图、等效应力图和应变图,着重讨论铝膜成型过程中金属流动规律,为此类金刚石刻划刀的定向及研制提供了有价值的参考依据。

Abstract:This article focuses on three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation in the process of the diffraction grating carving with extension pyramidal graver by using the software of DEFORM-3D. Through the analysis of the material flow velocity,equivalent stress figure and equivalent contingency figure,we mainly discuss metal flow law in the process of aluminum forming,which provides valuable reference for direction and future of the diamond knife.
