应力退火对FeCo基玻璃包裹合金丝巨磁阻抗效应的影响

摘    要:在空气中300℃下对组分为Fe36Co36Nb4Si4.8B19.2玻璃包裹合金丝进行应力退火,研究不同应力大小对其巨磁阻抗效应的影响。实验表明,随着外加应力的增加,半高宽表现出逐渐增大的趋势,而最大巨磁阻抗比与灵敏度则均表现为先增加后减小的趋势,在50Mpa时达到最佳。这种现象与应力感生的磁各向异性有关

Abstract:This article studies the effects of different stresses on giant magneto-impedance properties by choosing the component of Fe36Co36Nb4Si4.8B19.2 glass-coated alloy wires under 300 ℃.Experiments show that the FWHM increases with the increasing of applied stress,the maximum magneto impedance ratio and sensitivity increase first,then decrease and achieve the optimal effect at 50Mpa.This phenomenon is relevant to the magnetic anisotropy of stress induced.
