摘    要:研究了Cu(Ⅰ)在硫酸和磷酸的混酸介质中与硫氰酸钾、罗丹明B反应生成离子缔合物的显色反应,该显色反应在表面活性剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)的存在下能提高灵敏度,利用该反应在抗坏血酸的作用下测定Cu(Ⅱ),其线性范围为(04~10.0)mg/25 mL.该法简便易行,用于测定水果中的微量铜,得到的结果令人满意,能满足水果中微量铜...

Abstract:The formation of ion-association complex of Cu(II) with thiocyanida and rhodamine B,an sensitive chromogenic reaction,was investigated in mixed acidic medium consisted of sulphuric acid and phosphoric acid.It was experimentally proven that the chromogenic reaction become more sensitive in the presence of PVA surfactant.Using the chromogenic reaction to determine Cu(II),linear range was obtained between 0.4 and 10.0 mg/25mL.The method is proved to be simple and successfully applied to the determination of tr...
