| 摘 要： | 提出了基于感兴趣区域的空域分辨率可调整方法.根据感兴趣区域信息将原始输入图像划分为感兴趣区域和非感兴趣区域.对感兴趣区域图像按照原始图像的分辨率进行编码,对非感兴趣区域图像先进行下采样,并对下采样图像进行编码,实现了基于区域的分辨率可调整功能.实验结果表明:采用空域分辨率可调整方法的感兴趣区域的信噪比比整幅图像的平均信噪比提高1.9.与参照的传统基于感兴趣编码方式比较,平均信噪比提高了0.6的同时,平均编码率有40%的下降.
