磷石膏制备硫酸铵反应动力学研究

摘    要:以磷石膏和碳酸铵为原料制备硫酸铵 ,对反应过程的动力学进行了研究。按照收缩未反应芯模型导出了化学反应控制的模型方程 ,并确定了化学反应控制步骤的实验条件。在化学反应控制条件下进行实验研究 ,结果表明反应过程符合收缩未反应芯模型。测定了反应级数和反应活化能 ,建立了反应动力学方程。

Abstract:In this paper, ammonium sulphate was prepared from phosphogypsum and ammonium carbonate, and the kinetics of the reaction process is studied. According to the shrinking core model,the model equation to be controlled by the chemical reaction is deduced and the conditions of the controlling steps of the reaction are determined. Under the controlling condition of the chemical reaction,the experiment is made and its result demonstrates that the reaction process is in accordance with the shrinking core model. The reaction order and the reaction activation energy are determined and the reaction kinetic equation is set up.
