爆炸焊接生成波状界面的数值模拟

摘    要:波状界面是爆炸焊接的一个重要特征,利用弹塑性材料的二维有限差分方法模拟爆炸焊接中的波状界面结合过程。研究表明波状界面和涡街是由界面处的剪力流速度分布和周期性扰动所造成的。对波状界面的涡流参数值进行了定量分析,得出波状界面的波高和波长比与涡流状区域中心的纵间距和横间距比分别接近于常数0.3和0.22的结论。数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。

Abstract:Wavy interface is an important characteristic in explosive welding. In this paper, simulation is made of the processing of wavy interface generation in explosive welding using a two-dimensional difference scheme for elastic-plastic materials. The results show that the wavy interface and vortex street are caused by the velocity distribution of shear flow and periodic disturbance at the interface. Vortex parameters of wavy interface are analyzed quantitatively, with the conclusion that the ratio between height and the wavelength of the wavy interface and the ratio between longitudinal and transverse spacing of each center of vortex-like regions approach constant values of ablout 0.3 and 0.22 with time respectively. The simulating results correspond well with those of experiments.
