| Abstract: | The South China Sea has an important strategy position,in the course of the Chinese's peaceful rise and the changes in the American's Asia-Pacific Strategy,the U.S.A also adjusts its foreign policies towards the China,the ASEAN also seeks for the interests demand in the reality in the South Sea.The factors has deteriorated the security environment to the Southeast of China,also increases the difficulties in resolving the South China Sea. |
