大型锥环特种制造工艺研究

摘    要:在实验研究基础上,提出了一种制造特大型高性能铝合金锥环的新工艺,即锥形镦粗、锥形冲孔、锥形环锻、锥形环锻冷变形、特种熔铸工艺、特种热处理(四锥两特)工艺.运用该工艺制造航天工业重要零件,取得了良好的效果.与常规工艺相比,该工艺节省金属50%以上,锥环综合性能提高30%,锥环使用的主受力方向(高向)的塑性指标提高100%

Abstract:A new kind of technology of producing high quality huge aluminium alloy cone is studied on the base of experiment research, such as cone forming, cone stroking, cone hoop forging, cone hoop forging and cold strain, special investment casting, special heat treating (4C2S) technology. The application of the new technology showed good effect on the key parts of space industry. Compared with the routine technology, it was comfirmed that it could reduce materials by 50 percent, increase the integrated properties of cone hoop by 30 percent and double the plasticity index in the principal force direction.
