程康圃儿科学术思想探微

程康圃,高明人,清代中医儿科学家。程氏祖辈六代业医,幼科最良,弱冠即遵从祖训,从医五十年,学验俱丰,晚年编撰《儿科秘要》一书。程氏把儿科证候概括为儿科八证(风热、急惊、慢惊、慢脾、脾虚、疳证、燥火、咳嗽),分列各则,首析病因病机,详究脉因证治,重视五脏分证,强调各证合参。诊断上,把四诊归纳为"二法"、"二要,并列举"死症四十候"以识症避凶。治疗上,立"平肝补脾泻心"为儿科治法,结合儿科八证,使三法又进一步发挥而成多种多样的具体治法。

Cheng Kangpu's academic thoughts of peadiatrics

Mr.Cheng summarized eight symptoms of child disease.He listed them separatly,first,analysed the causes and mechanisms,second,explored what made the pulse disorder and treatments for them.It shows that he attached importance to treatment of five organs separatly,and integrated referrences and treatments,too.In diagnose,his methods are reduced to "Two methods and two essences",in addition,forty symptoms of dying are listed to help people recognize them.In treatment,he established the method of calming the liver,nourishing the spleen and purging the stomach-heat.
