| 摘 要： | 山西省地处我国内陆腹地，是湿地资源较为匮乏的省份之一。山西省湿地不仅数量少，而且许多湿地遭到严重破坏。有关部门应牢固树立科学发展观，坚持经济发展与生态保护相协调，正确处理好山西省湿地保护与开发、近期利用与长远利用的关系，把加强湿地保护、恢复湿地功能，作为实施可持续发展战略、促进人与自然和谐的一件大事切实抓紧抓好。
