| Abstract: | This paper expounds the necessity of beneficial conditions of the small and medium-sized enterprises to implement the virtual operation, and discusses on the main adopted measures for implementing the virtual operation such as cultivating the core competitive power, selecting the suitable virtual partners, carrying out the brand strategy, establishing the informatized management, making full use of Internet, etc., and puts forward some problems needing attention in the virtual operation. |
