高铬铸铁半固态成形工艺的研究进展

摘    要:高铬铸铁具有优良的耐磨性,是最重要的耐磨材料之一,广泛应用于机械、冶金、采矿及矿产品加工等行业。近年来,半固态成形技术被专家们称为21世纪最有发展前景的近净成形技术,低熔点合金半固态成型技术已经成功应用于商业领域,但在高熔点材料的半固态成形技术仍处于实验研究或半工业性试验阶段。主要综述了高铬铸铁的半固态成形工艺、半固态浆料制备方法及对其后续工作的展望。

Abstract:High chromium cast iron has high abrasive resistance and is one of the major high-abrasive materials and widely used in the fields of machinery,metallurgy,mining and mineral processing.In recent years,semisolid forming technology is named as the most promising near-net forming technology in the 21st century and the semisolid forming of low-melting-point alloy has been successfully used in business.But the semisolid forming of high-melting-point materials is still in the stage of semi-industrial testing.The paper mainly discusses the semisolid forming process of high-chromium cast iron,the making of semisolid size and the prospect of the technology.
