火箭弹在定向管内碰撞运动的仿真研究

摘    要:建立了火箭弹在定向管内运动的碰撞模型,并分析了火箭弹在管内运动的受载情况,在此基础上,对火箭弹在管内的碰撞运动过程进行建模和仿真计算,得出其运动规律。质量偏心、推力偏心和弹管间隙是影响火箭弹在管内碰撞作用和初始扰动参数值的主要因素,在考虑上述因素存在情况下,对火箭弹的碰撞运动进行仿真计算,得出一些有益结论。仿真研究为某火箭炮发射动力学分析和射击精度提高打下基础,为火箭弹和定向管的结构优化设计与制作提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The impact model of rocket projectile's movement in direction pipe was established and bearing load when moving in the pipe of rocket projectile was analyzed.Based on previous work,the simulation model and calculation of impact movement process about rocket projectile in direction pipe were studied,then movement principles were got.Mass eccentricity,thrust eccentricity and windage are main factors affecting impact action and initial disturbance parameter values of rocket projectile in the direction pipe.Thus simulation calculation of impact movement about rocket projectile was done considering above factors,then some useful conclusions were drawn.The simulation study sets base for launching dynamics analysis and better shot accuracy of some rocket launcher,and provides references for optimized structure design and manufacture of rocket projectile and direction pipe.
