| 摘 要： | 应用因子分析的方法研究了解表类中草药中微量元素之间的关系.结果表明,一个二因子的模型能够合理地解释微量元素间的相关关系;其因子得分可用于解表类中草药的分类,证实了微量元素含量与解表类中草药疗效之间存在相关性.这些研究为以后解表类中草药的开发利用奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the factor analysis is applied to study the correlation between five trace elements: Mn, Cu, Fe, Zn, Al in Chinese medicinal herbs for treating exterior syndromes. The results of factor analysis show that a two-factor model interprets the correlation of these trace elements. Taking the factor scores as new variables, comprehensive evaluation method is applied to classify the twelve samples. There is a significant correlation between the curative effects and the amount of the trace elements in Chinese medicinal herbs for treating exterior syndromes. This study can be considered as a base work for further research on Chinese medicinal herbs for treating exterior syndromes. |
