长吻鮠循环系统结构的研究

2003年10月2004年10月,采用循环灌注和血管铸型技术以及组织学、组织化学方法对长吻鮠心血管系统结构进行了研究,结果表明:长吻鮠颈动脉膨大是颈外动脉的一部分,呈两端尖细,中部突出,背腹扁平的长梭形,由众多形状各异、大小不一海绵网状血管组成,推测其有调节血压等功能,进一步研究发现,颈动脉膨大可能为鲿科鱼类所特有;脊髓下动脉位于脊髓腹面,来自颈内动脉,有营养脊髓的作用.动脉球壁分为心内膜内皮、嵴和嵴组织、中膜和外膜,多与心脏相似,且包裹在围心腔内,可能是心脏起源,属于心脏的一部分.

The Structure of the Circulatory System in Leiocassis longirostris

From Oct. 2003 to Oct. 2004, the morphological and histological structure of the circulatory system of Leiocassis longirostris was studied using intravascular injection and vascular casting technique and by means of histology and histochemistry. The results suggest that the structure of the circulatory system of L. longirostris is similar to that of the other teleosts, but it has its particular characters: having carotid enlargement and subspinal arteries. The carotid enlargement is a part of external carotid artery. It likes a shuttle, which projects in middle part and tapers in two end. Histological observations show that the carotid enlargement is composed of tortuose reticulated vessels which have different shapes and sizes in diameter. Relatively it has a function of adjusting blood pressure. After further research, it is found that having carotid enlargement is a proprietary character of Bagridae. The subspinal artery, which provides nourishment for spinal cord, lies under the spinal cord and comes from internal carotid artery. The divisions of the wall of bulbus arteriosus are termed the endocardial endothelium, the ridges and ridge tissue, the middle layer and the external layer. And it is similar to the heart. The bulbus arteriosus is contained within the pericardial cavity and may be considered as one part of the heart.
