| 摘 要： | 北京市居民用自来水价格在 1990～ 2 0 0 4年的 14年内上调了 9次 ,从 0 12元 /m3上涨到 3 7元 /m3,居民水费年支出增长率为 35 % .长期习惯于低水价的京城居民面对持续上涨的自来水价格 ,其经济上和心理上的承受能力又如何 ?本文基于大量的统计数据 ,通过分析心理承受能力的影响因素后表明 :目前水价尚在人们可承受的心理范围之内 ,但随着水价的继续上涨 ,低收入群体所承受的心理压力会明显高于高收入群体 ,心理承受能力也将随之降低 .

| Abstract: | Domestic water price rising from 0^12 yuan RMB/m 3 to 3^7 yuan RMB/m 3 by 35% increasing rate during 1990-2004 in Beijing city. Can the Beijing residents which long-term enjoying low water price endure psychological pressure? By analyzed some main factors that influenced the bearing capacity based on huge information collected and this paper answered the question: Average family can endure the pressure at present while low-income family may be endure great psychological burden for payout a considerable water fee in future. |
