| 摘 要： | 动物线粒体基因组全序列测定是近年来生物学研究中的一个热点。科学技术的发展，对动物线粒体基因组全序列测定的研究策略也产生了深远的影响。在此对几种在动物线粒体基因组全序列测定中常用的几种策略进行了综述，并对其优缺点进行了比较分析。

| Abstract: | The sequencing of animal mitochondrial genome has been a much - talked - about topic in the field of biology research in recent years, and its research strategy has been deeply affected by science and technology. The paper sums up several strategies commonly used in the sequencing of animal mitochondrial genome, then analyzes their merits and demerits respectively. |
