KZn_2H(PO_4)_2·2H_2O无毒防锈颜料的研究

摘    要:本实验合成了以 KZn_2H(PO_4)_2·2H_2O 为活性成分的无毒防锈颜料,X-ray 相分析证明,它们南 ZnO、Zn_3(PO_4)_2·2H_2O,Zn_3(PO_4)~2·4H_2O及 KZn_2H(PO_4)_2·2H_2O四个相组成,浸盐水实验证明它们的防锈性能远远优于磷酸锌、可以推论,这是因其组成中含有防锈活性较高的 KZn_2H(PO_4)_2·2H_2O 所致.但其防锈效果不是正比于KZn_2H(PO_4)_2·2H_2O 的含量.因为颜料的防锈性能主要由其表面性质决定,显微摄影表明所得颜料的显微结构已不同于氧化锌和磷酸锌.这证明形成了以 KZn_2H(PO_4)_2·2H_2O 包覆在氧化锌、磷酸锌表而的复合颜料.当 KZn_2H(PO_4)_2·2H_2O 已经覆盖了整个颜料表面后,KZn_2H(PO_4)_2·2H_2O 的含量虽再增加.但对提高防锈性能的贡献已经不大.

Abstract:A non-toxic anticorrosive pigment with KZn_2H(PO_4)_2·2H_2O(abbrevi- ated as KZ) as the active constituent has been synthesized.X-ray analysis has indicated that it consists of 4 phases:ZnO,Zn_3(PO_4)_2·2H_2O,Zn_3(PO_4)_2·4H_2O and KZ.Tests by immersion in brine have confirmed that its anticorrosive properties are much superior to zinc phosphate.It may be inferred that the anticorrosive effect results from its active constituent KZ.Nevertheless,its anticorrosive effect is not directly proportional to the content of KZ.This is because this effect is primarily determined by the surface proper- ties of the pigment.Photomicorography has shown that its microscopic structure is dif- ferent from that of ZnO or Zn_3(PO_4)_2.indicating that a complex pigment with KZ coat- ing the ZnO and Zn_3(PO_4)_2 has been formed.After KZ has coated the whole surface of the pigment,any increase in KZ of content will contribute no more to resistance to cor- rosion.
