论瑜伽对大学生身心健康的影响

摘    要:瑜伽对大学生的身心健康具有积极的作用:(1)对身体素质尤其是柔韧性与力量素质的改善与提高有明显作用。(2)对神经与内分泌系统的调节效果显著。(3)增强学生心理自我调控能力,提升他们的幸福感。瑜伽练习符合学生身心发展的需求,是大学生健康机体和完善心理的身体艺术。

Discussion about the Influence of Yoga on University Students' Physical and Mental Health

Abstract:Yoga plays an important function on university students' physical and mental health:Firstly,it significantly improves and promotes students' physical quality especially in flexibility and strength quality.Secondly,it has remarkable effect on adjusting nerve and endocrine system.Lastly,it increases psychology self-regulation ability and well-being of students.Yoga exercises meets the students' development demand of body and mind,and it is a body art for university students' physical and mental health.
