摘    要:在研制智能化湿度仪的测频测周集成方法基础上,组合传感阻频电路的数学模型,研究了湿敏元件的等效电阻和等效电容随湿度的变化规律,进而实现对传感阻频电路的参数优化,获得了优良的湿敏传感特性,同时通过简单的运算求取有效的最优参数下的标定数据。

Abstract:Based on the integration of frequency_ and period_measuring method used in intelligent humidity instrument and the model of the resistance_frequency converting circuit, the variation rule of equivalent resistance and capacity of sensor with humidity is studied, and the parameter optimization of the converting circuit that aims to improve the performance of sensing characteristics is presented. According to optimized parameter circuit, the way of collecting instrument calibration data by calculation is also included.
