微乳液助滤剂的助滤试验研究

摘    要:在考察由微乳液聚合法合成的5种复合型煤泥脱水助滤剂的助滤效果基础上,采用JS94G 型微电泳仪测定了各药剂在不同加药量条件下对不同煤颗粒的表面ξ-电位,并结合ξ-电位分析了各药剂的助滤机理。

Abstract:Based on examining the filtration effects of five compound dewatering filter aids of coal slurries that are synthesized by microemulsion polymerization, and by using JS94G microscopic-electrophorety instrument, this paper determines the surface zeta potentials of each reagent to the different coal particles under the different conditions of reagent amounts, and analyzes on the aid filtration mechanism of each reagent connecting with the zeta potentials.
