| Abstract: | Taking quantity prepared control of city road and highway engineering construction item as research, we elaborated on quantity management problem under spot construction from the aspects which included raising whole people quantity consciousness, establishment of quantity guarantee system ,putting emphasis on construction site, adopting the valid measure of award or punishment , meanwhile carried on analyses and studies of control method. |
