摘    要:介绍了国内外葡萄耐盐性研究概况,论述了盐渍对葡萄形态特征的影响,主要从盐胁迫对营养亏缺,细胞质膜透性和保护酶活性,Na+,Cl-浓度,ρ(K+)∶ρ(Na+)值和ρ(Ca2+)∶ρ(Na+)值,有机物变化,叶绿素含量和光合作用,果实和果汁品质6个角度,介绍了盐胁迫对葡萄生理生化的影响。最后简要分析了葡萄耐盐性的可能机理,并对葡萄耐盐方面研究做了展望。

Abstract:The research on salt stress of grape was reviewed in this paper.The effects of salt stress on morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics of grape were introduced,including the lack of nutrition,cell membrane permeability,activity of protective enzyme,Na+ and Cl-concentration,ρ(K+):ρ(Na+)and ρ(Ca2+):ρ(Na+) value,chl content and photosynthesis,fruits and juice quality.At last,the mechanism of salt stress on grape was analyzed,and the future work about the salt stress of grape were briefly looked forward.
