摘    要:为明确SHD,CHW,JL-1,JL-8,16等5个番茄品系果实品质差异及贮藏期间果实品质变化和耐贮藏性,以该5个不同硬度番茄品系为材料,通过在塑料拱棚栽培,对其果实品质及储藏期间果实品质变化进行研究。结果表明:采收当天品系SHD果实硬度最大;品系16可溶性固形物含量最高,果实硬度和呼吸强度均最小;品系JL-1的可溶性...
