河北省昌黎县夏、秋蔬菜Vc及硝酸盐含量分析与评价

摘    要:对河北省昌黎县7个类别17个品种的夏秋蔬菜Vc营养及硝酸盐含量进行检测,结果表明,类别间Vc平均含量高低顺序为茄果类、白菜类、茎菜类、甘蓝类、葱蒜类、根菜类、瓜类;7个类别17个品种的蔬菜Vc含量,按标准要求,只有芹菜叶、蒜、油菜、西胡芦、茄子、洋葱达标,达标率为31.58%。类别间硝酸盐平均含量高低顺序为白菜类、根菜...

Abstract:The contents of vitamin C and nitrate in 7 Classes and 17 varieties of vegetables from Changli County were detected.The results showed that: the average content of Vitamin C from high to low in 7 classes of vegetables was eggplants,Chinese cabbages,stem vegetables,cole vegetables,onion and garlic vegetables,root vegetables,melons.According to the national standards,only celery leaves,garlic,rape,summer squash,eggplant,onions were up to the standard among the all samples,and the rate was 31.58%.The order of ...
