初始进气阶段气缸的运动特性分析

摘    要:利用流体分析软件Fluent及其前处理软件Gambit对气压传动执行元件气缸的内部流场进行数值模拟,讨论了气缸内气体的压力分布,应用ADAMS软件对活塞的运动过程进行仿真分析,分析了长行程气缸运行过程中速度与推力之间的关系及其运动特性,为试验装置的应用及结构优化研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:A numerical computational fluid dynamics simulation using Fluent and Gambit has been carried out on a pneumatic cylinder.After an analysis of the flow characteristics,the pressure distribution in the cylinder is discussed.ADAMS was used to simulate the movement process of the cylinder and its kinetic characteristics,taking into account the relationship between velocity and the driving force when the long stroke cylinder is in motion.The results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the design and operation of the experimental facility.
