| 摘 要： | 对青海湖裸鲤线粒体DNA细胞色素b基因进行了PCR扩增、克隆及其序列测定，其全序列长度为1140bp，其中T、C、A、G含量分别为355(31．1％)、296(26％)、305(26．8％)、184(16．1％)。GC含量为42．1％；分子量为349693u。

| Abstract: | This paper successfully amplified and sequenced the 1140 base pairs that encoded the cytochrome b gene of mitochondrial DNA in Qinghai lake naked carps.the T,C,A and G contents of the sequence were 355(31.1%),296(26%),305(26.8%),184(16.1%)respectively. |
