摘    要:
合成了两种类型的阴离子-非离子型表面活性剂.用这种活性剂配制了P—NPC型酸/油微乳体系.基于降低构成微乳所需表面活性剂用量的原则,优选了酸/油微乳的配方.将该微乳、盐酸、Heofner酸/油微乳以及Phillips稠化酸在常压下与大理石的反应速率进行了比较.结果表明,P—NPC体系的酸化速率最小,缓速效果也最好.实验证明,Ca ~(2+)的存在降低了微乳的缓速效果.硫酸铜和丁炔二醇复配作酸缓蚀添加剂能有效地抑制酸对金属的腐蚀.

Abstract:
Two kinds of acid/oil microemulsions P-NPC were prepared by using anionic-nonionic surfactants. Component screening experiments were performed. The reaction rates of Hoefner's acid/oil microemulsion, phillips' viscosified acid and the P-NPC microemulsion were compared under atmospheric pressure. It shows that the microemulsion system presented in this paper has the lowest acid spending rate. Calcium ion has a visible effect on the reaction rate. The more calcium ion is added, the higher the reaction rates are. Butyne glycol with copper sulfate is a good corrosion inhibitor suitable for P-NPC microemulsion.
