| 摘 要： | 将鼻咽癌单克隆细胞株ＣＮＥ２Ｚ－Ｈ５移植于裸鼠，待裸鼠发生转移后，取其淋巴结和肺转移灶癌再次移植裸鼠，如此重复２－４个循环后，观察每代裸鼠的转移特性及鼻咽癌细胞转化生长因子α、表皮生长因子受体、血小板性长生因子受体的表达。结果表明：随着鼻咽癌单克隆细胞的演进，裸鼠的转移率逐代增高，转移途径更为单一，肿瘤细胞生长因子及受体的表达亦增强，提示：鼻咽癌细胞演进中转移能力和增殖能力关系密切，且可能和癌细胞
