巷道煤体温度探测仪的开发与应用

摘    要:在煤矿巷道防灭火工作中,由巷道松散煤体的蓄热散热环境、漏风动力和强度以及松散煤体内氧气分布的共同作用,在巷道变形与起伏带、巷道交叉应力集中区等地点煤柱内常出现高温,极易引发煤自燃火灾。测量煤自燃温度的主要目的是为了定位煤炭自燃高温区域。探测煤炭自燃温度(≥100℃)一直是煤矿安全生产过程中的重大难题之一。基于单片机技术,开发研制了一种新型巷道煤体温度探测仪,并以某煤矿为试点进行了现场应用,对巷道煤体温度信息进行了采集,得到了煤体温度的实时数据和变化发展趋势,即巷道煤体一定深度范围内,温度有不同程度的升降,具有波动性。煤壁内高温点距煤壁距离一般都在1~2 m左右,大于2 m以后煤体内温度趋于稳定。经现场试验验证,此仪器操作简便,测试温度准确稳定,能够较好的反映煤壁内部的温度数据。

Abstract:of the air 1 During the preventing fire of the mine tunnel, the byaction heat storage environment, the power eakage and the distribution of the oxygen in the loose coal, the high temperature in the zone of the deformation and ups or downs of the roadway, including the cross zone of the roadway, can cause spontaneous combustion. The main purpose of measuring coal spontaneous combustion temperature is to locate the coal spontaneous combustion in high temperature area. Detection of coal self ignition tempera- ture ( ≥100 ℃ ) has been one of the major problems of safety production in coal mine. According to the actual need,it employed single chip microcomputer technology to develop and research a new type of temperature detector of the coal roadway, which is used in some village mines as a pilot for field applica- tion, to get the accurate real-time data and predict correctly the change and trend of the temperature of the coal mine spontaneous combustion. The rise and fall of the coal temperature has different and volatil- ity in roadway within the scope of certain depth. High temperature point distance form coal wall is 1 - 2 m generally, and larger than 2 m coal temperature tends to be stable. Verified by field tests, this instru- ment is simple, accurate, and can better reflect the coal temperature.
