| 摘 要： | 小麦在新疆粮食作物中占有主导地位，增加粮食生产，首先要确保小麦产量稳定的增加。近年来，由于新疆植棉业迅速发展，使其作物结构、商品粮基地建设、小麦栽培管理等出现一些新的情况，今后，小麦生产如何发展，作者提出了一些新的建议。
