有限元法在液压支架设计中的应用

摘    要:将带四连杆机构的掩护式液压支渠简化成一个计算模型,从静力学和运动学两个方面,分析了该模型的受力情况,并在此基础上采用三维有限单元法,研究了BY540-10.7/27.5型支架的应力分布状况及使支架轻型化的主要途径,进而为液压支架设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In the paper the shield supports with Lemniscate linkages are simplified as acalculating model.and the forces of the model are analysed on statics and kinematics aspects.Based on the analysis,authors study the stress distributions of BY540-10.7/27. 5 supportsby the three-dimensional finite element method and the main ways to reduce the weight ofthe supports,and it provides a theoretical basis for the supports design.
